The Pro-CT AAPM phantom supports CT system testing per AAPM Report No. 1, covering the core image-quality parameters medical physicists check during acceptance and routine QA: low-contrast detectability, CT number linearity, spatial resolution, and slice thickness.
The PMMA water tank houses interchangeable inserts – a low-contrast section with fillable cavities, a CT-number linearity rod set, a resolution insert with graduated hole patterns, and a slice-thickness insert – with optional geometry and triple low-contrast inserts available.
